Bingo is gambling. It makes no difference whether it is electronic or utlizes a paper card. The bottom line is that gambling is not a financially responsible act. If a busines owner operated their business following the same principles as a gambler then it is most likely that that business owner will go broke. And those who operate businesses which prey on the poor judgement of others may become rich today, but the end result never justifies the means.
